Use in a neutral barrel to achieve up to 80% new oak.
Our design allows for easy lees stirring and cleaning of barrels.
Barrel inserts can be used for two fills.

Dosage: 1 Barrel Insert Unit (2 board sets), per barrel.
Recommended contact time: Minimum of 6 months (We also recommend tasting regularly).
Useful life: 12 months.
Convection toasting: Light, Medium, Medium Plus, French Clair Blend, French Naturelle Light Blend, French Naturelle Medium Blend, French Naturelle Medium Plus Blend and French Roti Blend.
Surface Area and Displacement: 14 sq. ft. (1.30 m2) displaces 1.4 gal. (5.3 L) (2 sets of 7 boards).
Surface area and displacement: 18 sq. ft. (1.67 m2) displaces 1.80 gal (6.8 L) (2 sets of 9 boards).
Seasoning: French Oak: Minimum of 24 months.
