Recommended Contact Time:
- White wines in fermentation: 10 to 25 lbs per 1000 gallons (1.2 to 3 g per liter). About 2 weeks treatment.
- Red wines in fermentation and maceration: 20 to 30 lbs per 1000 gallons (2.4 to 3.6 g per liter). About 2 weeks treatment.
- Red wines after malolactic: 10 to 20 lbs per 1000 gallons (1.2 to 2.4g per liter). About 1 to 2 months for aging.
- We recommend tasting regularly.
